Sigmund, why don't you call Tilton to get the answer to your question(s). (212)398-7833. My understanding is that the interest was not included, but that the payments were manageable with the income coming in. The ultimate goal is to get this stock to $3.00 so that the debentures can be converted, thus eliminating the interest expenses. Might seem a bit far fetched from these prices. But I do believe it is possible if some of their other assets pan out. Any one of their other projects (EKG, Sea Eye, CD Rom, etc.) have multi millions in revenue potential. That's why I am so anxious to hear what news lies ahead.
