Sergio, I have purchased airline tickets online before, and although I felt I did get a fair price it did take a lot of time on my part. First I had to enter my preferred time of departure and arrival and then start entering different times and or airports to find the best price for my time window and destination. What first interested me in IFLY was the IRIS site. The idea of having someone on the other end of the line asking me questions and showing me different options based on my original input is what I like, quick and easy. Joe
