This was what I heard in Night Business News in PBS back in December,
last year. In that day CSCC dropped 5 point was charged with insider
selling. Later we know the CEO of CSCC sold 100K shares. An analyst
in the NBN explained as to when insider will get out. He thinks the
insider normally will not get out in a bad quarter because that is
an invitation for law suit. The insider get out when they see the
next quarter is not good ones.

I suspect CSCC is following such a pattern. I don't trust them especially after their conference call.
