All; Stops Found some interesting posts on NAVR thread about not using stop losses in nasdq stocks- or at least do so with caution. See the following post and 5 or so after. Basic warning is that MM can see where stop losses are and when on a down turn, will go get them so they can get the shares low and sell high. I know, that's what we, the traders, are supposed to be doing, but they can play pretty nasty. Speculation is that it was an MM game that pushed NAVR from 20 to 14. Now it is holding at 17 1/2.
