CODI good points: $6.4 million cash with "virtually no long term debt". Ted Turner IV.'s company does bring some good customers and partners into play: ELNK, AMZN, KTEL, BKS. Maybe he sold LocalNet to CODI to get instant NASDAQ listing (Ted's was private company). Check their web site localnetshops.com This looks very positive. Maybe you had a point about a deal with TBS for their set-top boxes. Makes sense. I got in small position (400 shares) just in case this does an Amazon on me. Otherwise, caution is the best way.
