Skipper you must have been away the last few days. I consider it confirmed, it was referred to in the USR conf. call which was available at (1-800-696-1563 code# 164010) and it was in an article or two posted on the thread. David exchanged email with ROK about where the ROK conf. call was available (the Sept. date was mentioned in the ROK conf.call), but ROK said it wasn't available.
