..and it doesn't make it wrong, either. That's the point. Individual freedom to choose to make a decision to abort or not. I feel exactly the same...my Mother made the same choice in '63... so here we are. I would say that choosing to abort a pregnancy might be a difficult decision to be faced with...and most Woman would rather not, but the "choice" is a human right...that's all. I am glad your Mom made the choice She made, too. Many Woman at that time were sending their "boys" off to war...many times they were pregnant with baby's that wouldn't see their fathers until after the war...if at all. Those people sacraficed all and made damn sure that their kids had everything that they couldn't have in the depression...and then the post-war economic explosion!! "Theirs was a grand generation, the like of which mine doesn't hold a candle to..." Nor mine...
