The following quote comes from about 3/4 of the way through the report in the previous message. It doesn't sound good. It also doesn't sound as if the money we thought was appropriated was appropriated. What gives?

"Due to limited time and money, it makes sense to move forward with three technologies given the storage risk at the stockpile sites;
The request for the additional $25 million was made late, the Committee took heed and diligent efforts were made, but no additional funds were identified"
