I was assuming that once the distributorship was in TSIG's hands, they could change the arrangement to benefit the surrent structure in whatever way they wanted. Is that not the case? It sounds from what you say that this may need to be clarified before the deal is signed. But one would think that would have been done long ago.

I agree that things must be done right. I just hate it when deadlines are missed, and often that is a warning sign for OTCBB stocks. Often it is nothing more than to be expected. In any case, enough said about this for now.

On another note, I see the stock price is moving higher today. Perhaps z was right and a PR on a closed deal is getting closer.
