Dennis: You almost exactly mirror my thoughts. I think its silly to say that the ASND/LU = Luscend equation is bogus at this point especially since several major rags have reported that the deal is in the works. Based on ASND pricing, I'd say that LU made the equivalent of an $80/share offer and that ASND will try to counter with something higher. One way this deal doesn't go through is if the ASND counter is too high - a definite possibility. This is all speculation, of course, except that an offer is on the table. With regard to NN, can you or anyone else make a strong case for a buyout price here? Unlike some of the radicals on this board, I would be willing to take a fat buyout premium. Clay
