Can you believe it. They canceled the Jan mtg. That is amazing, they rarely change the dates they have set for releases or mtg before. NOT.
Why didn't they think of it before. Talk about a flawed thought process. This thing is headed to zero. Soon the stock holders will have to start paying to hold the shares.

The reason for the delay is due to our physical year ending Dec. 31, 1998. It is virtually impossible to have financials ready by the 20th of January. The financial report will be given at the new date, March 29, 1999.

2. Transaction of such other business as may properly come before the meeting, or any adjournment thereof.
Only those Shareholders who were Shareholders of record as of the close of business on Tuesday, January 12, 1999, will be entitled to vote in person or by proxy at the meeting or any adjournment thereof.
If you are unable to attend, a proxy can be printed which you may complete if you want to designate another person who will be in attendance to vote for you. If you do use the proxy, we ask that you return it to us as soon as possible to avoid delays on the meeting date. If you fax us a copy of the proxy, your agent must bring the original proxy with him to the meeting.
