I think the answer is in today's earning announcement of INTC
(after the close)! A good report will fire-up the entire tech.
sector.
IMO in the second half of 1999, we will see significant growth
in the semiconductor sector.
If DS reports decent earnings we should see mid to Hi 40s in
no time.
