MyTrack is web-based. You connect through your browser, and get a screen of 20 quotes which continuously update. Delayed quotes are free. Download the 1.5 megabytes of software and try it. You can upgrade to add many features, such as realtime with realtime options. Monthly cost for realtime is about $35 including exchange fees for NYSE, and NASDAQ. Don't know about Mac support.
