Tony B.. Re: IPO's .. sometimes its in the registration statement on file with the SEC..but a call to the company or underwriter also works <ggg>.. Specifically..I had in mind the MALL/UBID or DBCC/MKTW type of deal.. We want to own the "parent" during the registration and "dog and pony" show that preceeds the IPO of the subsidiary company In the above cases..Long MALL and DBCC.. DBCC has moved from 8 to 38 in anticipation of the MKTW IPO..which is this Thursday if they don't can it..that's the play we are after.. Jim in CT..
