I use CyBerTrader and I like the software, the company, and the people a lot. Unfortunately, with the market the way it has been lately, I'm having a lot of trouble, especially getting in and out of fast-moving issues. A lot of trouble.
Which system you need depends on what type of trading or daytrading you're contemplating doing. I'm not doing so good right now, so I am probably not the best one to ask. Frankly, I have very mixed feelings about daytrading in general.
A really fast computer with as much screen as you can get is a necessity, of course. And a good broker and good software with a fast, reliable internet/network connection. But there seems to be something more that one needs, and I am not exactly sure what that is. Luck, maybe? Instinct? Something.
Actually, I believe the most important thing might very well be training and lots of experience. Yes, I think that's it. And I don't believe I have enough of either at this time.
