i called the phone # got the company, asked the questions was put thru to someone's voice mail. i left the questions and my # and e-mail. unclewest For what it's worth...from the Yahoo board............ Spoke with Teri Bonoff at NAVR by: carltdss 23926 of 23935 The company will not comment on the date of the IPO The company has never stated a date or days until the IPO. When Paulson was on CNBC, the interviewer commented that Paulson told him during a break that the IPO would probably be within 60 days. This however is second hand data. As far as the IPO is concerned, Teri Bonoff stated that it is "on schedule". What ever that means? The company will not comment on the state of appointing a CEO for Net Radio The compnay is not allowed to state who the underwriter is. There is however an underwriter currently working on the S-1 paperwork. So anyone here who claims that the company told them this or that or the other thing is full of crap.
