I think the company response totally answers this frivolous countersuit. Notice how they do not even deny that they illegally sold short? They nickpit on some fine details, and if that's all they have, they are in trouble. I am so glad RTIN and the other companies got together to fight these low class criminals (IMO) that think they can manipulate every little company that comes along trying to make an honest business venture. And they are not helped by a country (i.e., Canada) which, IMO, are co-criminal conspirators as they have the most lax security monitoring around, with the possible exception of Nevada.
