Glenn, Glad to see this thread is not dead yet. I believe I will eventually buy some of this stock. I like the idea of having this mine fairly close to me so someday I may even get to visit. IMO the key to our reversal will be the ability of management to get Siskon profitable and then get their other mine open and yet remain profitable. The charts look like h_ _ _! Siskon has some followers I respect in regards to news letters but they seem to have missed two items that are currently IMO damaging shareholder value. I will be watching for an entry point.

The two items I have a problem with are 10/17/96 1.15 mil conv debenture and the 11/18/96 2 mil convertible debenture. According to the 10QSB both deals went down in accordance to the SEC
Reg "S" rules. IMO it would appear that these deals may be coming back at us in the form of shares being sold on the market. Conversion allowance times seem to be coinciding with the dramatic decrease in value. There may be a dilution factor by these new shares. If the thread is interested I will post my suspicions on the conversion process and try to approximate new number of shares being created. Finding hard proof has eluded me but maybe more seasoned investors may help us decipher the situation.

If management cannot generate enough revenues and has to create cash this way we will continue to suffer. This will be key in determining our turnaround. Thoughts?
