Showstar Entertainment Corporation to Acquire Seattle-Based A.L.S. Sportswear and Promotions
LOS ANGELES, Jan. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Showstar Entertainment Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: SHST - news) has signed a letter of intent to purchase A.L.S. Sportswear and Promotions, an experienced sports merchandise and marketing company. A.L.S. Sportswear President Lou Bianchi will also join the Company's Board of Directors when the acquisition is finalized.
A.L.S. Sportswear will work closely with Showstar's entertainment division to expand its current operations in Kirkland, Washington into the lucrative entertainment merchandising business. Lou Bianchi and A.L.S. Sportswear Vice President Debra Lundy will assume management and direction of Showstar's merchandising division. The addition of A.L.S. Sportswear to Showstar will enable Lou Bianchi to combine his 24 years of experience in the Pacific Northwest with the over 25 years of entertainment expertise of Showstar's Chief Operating Officer Dan Fiala.
