My first reaction is not good. Three times in the past I have been involved with reverse splits and each has been a disaster: a 10 for 1, 5 for 1 and a 8 for 1 all had the same effect. The day of the split the dollar value remained the same but the next day the market beat the shares down to the pre-split price resulting in big losses.

One encouraging point is the fact that the shares will be purchased on the open market and may create some interest and volume. However, the split will go ahead even if all the shares can be purchased openly and this is not good. I think its time for me to move on to new pastures but would be interested in someone else's view.
