You are getting off topic again Pluvia, regardless of the accuracy of your comments. There are still some simple questions that have not been addressed. Let's forget about the past fraud cases and focus directly on the silence surrounding the continual delays in releasing Windrenalin and why they have not presented a shred of evidence supporting their claims. The fear that companies and organizations previously threatened by Syncronys will tear the product apart isn't really a concern if the product works. The delays support the idea that they are having severe problems.

Let's give them the benefit of the doubt and assume that this isn't a fraud, like the last time, and that everything is going smoothly. We'll assume they can explain all of the delays and show that they aren't materially affecting the reliability, security and stability of Windows in any way shape or form. They are doing nicely on shear vapor which certainly is something they have perfected over the years; but let us assume they expect to let the cat out of the bag at some point. That begs several questions:

1. Do they have an exclusive agreement to market the product?
2. How much of income do they expect per unit vesus the developer?
3. What barriers are there for Symantec, Quarterdeck, Borland, et. al.

Way, way too many questions regarding this company and clearly they haven't lifted a finger to explain any of it. They are doing very well unloading (directly or otherwise) on run-ups and that will surely continue as long as they can hold off on an actual product release.
