re: dividending cmgi ipo's:
during aug./98 on the yahoo CMGi thread in which david wetherell held court with posters for a few days, he was asked about dividending ipo shares to which he explained that it was not tax efficient (reason way over my head)
BUT
i recently heard some rumblings that they were thinking of working some deal out for shareholders - it was mentioned on the raging bull CMGi thread - i can not remember the poster - you could try that thread or even contacting investor relations is a good bet (though i imagine they are quite overwhelmed right now - actually i have an email in to them asking them if and when cmgi will be presenting at the dlj conference this week)

yes, i bought leaps the first day they were offered and am still holding - needless to say, i am pleased!
