Re: "The 3DNOW support is real lame - unless it's a game what a shame !"

Bad news, Paul--SSE/KNI doesn't offer any more precision than 3DNow does, I can't imagine why you're so excited. Nobody is going to be using KNI for serious CAD work. Ultimately, KNI will be no better or worse than 3DNow--except of course for the fact that 3DNow has a nine month head start, and much better support.

By the way, I noticed you subtly left off the list of non-game 3DNow applications on JC's page. For the curious, here it is:

A386/D386
binutils
Codewarrior
DVD Express
FogCity 2
Hollywood 3D
IDA Pro
LiveArt98
MASM
PicVideo
SoftIce ViaVoice
WinAmp
WinDVD
XingDVD

That's 13 more than Paul has shown me for SSE/KNI <GGG>.
