PC ServiceSource names new chief financial officer

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 27, 1997-- PC Service Source Inc today announced the appointment of Danny G. Hair as chief financial officer and senior vice president for the company.

Hair succeeds Avery More, chairman of the board, who has been acting CFO since August 1995.

As CFO at PC ServiceSource, Hair will further develop and direct Finance and Administration, Associate Services, and Investor Relations. In addition to overseeing these areas, he will provide
insight and knowledge to the overall business strategy of PC Service-Source.

Hair joins the most recently from Bell Packaging Corporation where he held the position of CFO. Prior to that, Hair served as CFO at SpectraVision, Inc. He has over 20 years of progressive financial and business management experience.

"Our company's future strategy depends on the strong financial controls Dan can contribute. Additionally, he will strengthen our finance and investor relations areas," stated Mark T. Hilz,
president and CEO of PC ServiceSource.
