How about some simply benchmarks and conditions under which those results were achieved? How does a product like SoftRAM receive rave reviews when it does absolutely nothing? There's no trick to developing a shell of a product and demonstrating it under ideal hardware and software configurations. How the product does when the rubber really hits the road is a completely different story.

Sorry, this is too easy: product does A, B and C; conditions are X, Y and Z, side effects are 1, 2 and 3. They aren't telling you because they aren't really sure whether or not they have a viable commericial product.

How much does Syncronys stand to make from this? There are zero details about the agreement. You can have strategic alliances until the cows come home, that doesn't necessarily help your bottom line. That's assuming this isn't more of their traditional vapor-ware.
