The older 4" Camarillo fab is at 100% capacity and record 90% yields. The feedback from the company on new 6" Colorado fab is that the current equipment in the facility can generate approx. $200M in ann. revs. Right now they are running at about one-third of capacity or an annual rev run rate around $70M. With additional hardware, the fab can ramp up to ann. $400M in revs. The interesting thing about Colorado is that the 6" wafers cost about $1200 to produce and generate/yields approx. $10,000 in revs. The older 4" wafers cost $800 and yield $5,000.
