Dylan, Thanks for taking the time to drop me a personal note. Much appreciated. As you probably read I shed some RAIN shares for a tax loss but still hold 1,300+ shares so continue to have an active interest in seeing the company do well. CAKE did the right thing to be honest and forthright in their explanation of there problems, now if only Berman and gang would have had that much class! Never happen.

Will be ever hopeful that we will see a turn-around this year. Maybe Disney will make an offer to take them over? Not likely, but there is a pretty close relationship there. Take care. Mel
