in answer to three private messages, all of which basically asked the same question, that being my opinions on the future of TSIS share price. Not much has changed from my earlier thinking, it is my belief that the stock is building a strong based for its low somewhere between 20 and 24 cents. If the company doesn't again shot itself in the foot, and with this company that's a big if, I believe the stock will have a steady and somewhat faster growth pattern that many expect, going out on a limb and only using the reported earnings and the projected earnings,(which are at the very best hard to determine)I think the stock will grow within the first six months of 1999 to the dollar 30 range.(1.30). I do agree with those that feel that the CEO had more to do with this past fiasco then he is admitting, after saying that I also beleave, knowing he is a trained attorney that he has learned a very valuable lesson that could have cost him a great deal more than it did. The downside to this company in my opinion is its lack of Pattonable technologies and or machinery or equipment, but as others have informed me McDonald's did not patent the hamburger. I further believe the company must give itself more credibility by expanding its Board of Directors, and obtaining a line of credit from a medium to large United States bank. These two moves will give the company credibility within the marketplace and with in the investment community. The new directors should be from outside the company and preferrely one should be from a major or medium-size bank. I further believe there should be at least three new directors placed on the board.

the puffer fish technique used by the CEO is a very good technique for small companies try to do business with large companies, I have seen it used several times in the past and the only problem I have seen with it is that the company fails to see that the time has come to discontinue the technique. If as others have stated the company has not lost a large number of their customers and if the company has had the opportunity to renegotiate and resigned any of its existing contracts the company should replace the buffer fish, with a small shark.

.com also stands for communications and as others have suggested even if there's a cost to it the company should try to disseminate their news releases through one of the business wires. Without going into more detail I hope I have described what in my opinion will happened to the stock over the next 6 months.
