Dear MAMA BEAR,

From my understanding, Yetter and Warden are taking the case on a contingency basis, it is not a ridiculous assertion as you state. The money raised that will go to Yetter and Warden from the $807,000 is simply to pay expenses (such as travel) involved in order to do the litigation. The attorneys will collect nothing (except incidental expenses) unless they win the case. I think it is ridiculous to assert that a law firm with this reputation would take on a frivolous suit as you say for $807,000. I realize that this is probably hard for you to believe, but not all people will sell their souls for money.
