I think that 1-2 years are not the good numbers.

ASCEND MAX range and GRF now have less than 6 months ahead.

That is the reason why I think that Q3 97 will be really difficult.
The big competitors (CSCO, BAY, 3COM, USRX ...) want to enter into this business. So the gap will be filled very rapidly. They all have a much bigger R&D team. They understood that this market is strategic, because this is the opened gate to Internet Backbone equipment.

Increased competition means that sales are more difficult.
Salesmen will have to spend more time with each customer, defend the price,... In these conditions , each salesman will sell less products, with lower margins. I am not sure that the Market will accept the PE to be the same next year.

I apologise to those who think that I am always repeating the same arguments. Unfortunately That's true. I have very few things to add.
