With 150,000,000 shares out and a price of a quarter, the volume or $ value is not all that great. Some of the volume can be attributed to arbitrage between the US and CDN exchanges. In the US the quoted spread is 1/16ths, in Canada it can be a penny or less. I can't imagine why anyone would buy the equity because it is very likely headed to zero.
