Hi Keven,

I've been watching Cistron since 1992. I anticipate them using there new found cash to buy another company that will provide market distribution or more research and development people.

I have never been able to buy a penny stock for less than the ask price at my broker -- Waterhouse Securities. Can you tell me how you were able to buy shares at $.18 when the ask was around $.30?
