there's a dark ugly ponzi scheme between microsoft, goldman, and every little company they own stakes in or IPOed. And nobody will say boo about it because Rubin and Goldman are tied together at the ***, and anybody in the SEC who dares to look at it would probably lose their jobs. IMHO goldman is in trouble..they have to keep the banks/brokers up long enough to have their IPO priced at full market.
But from the looks of Brazil, they may not make it....
