Steve, On the web site click "on-line store"............... then when the page loads, click, "compaq works"............ then click whatever type of hardware you want.................... and a list of "stock" items will appear.............. however, I agree with NW, you should tell CPQ of the problem.... that you had, they can't fix what they don't know!!!!! RichieH Keep us posted, we're all interested in seeing this matter resolved!
