Don't count on it. I had the worse dining experience of my life in the Sterling, VA restaurant. ALL of the cooks called in sick that day. The waiters didn't bother to inform the customers. The waiters were actually going into the kitchen to do the cooking. It took 45 minutes to get our drink order. After waiting an hour and 45 minutes for the food, we got up and left. What kind of corporation could let a situation like that happen? What does that say about management from the store level on up? I looked them over as a possible investment prior to this incident, but wouldn't touch them with a 10 foot pole now.
