I also have an account with Waterhouse. Recently their server was way too slow and down from time to time. I could not stand them anymore. Can you or somebody else give me a suggestion which broker has a better services. I prefer an on-line broker with fast execution, option trading, reasonable commission and fewer server going down problems. JC
