These guys are/were worth lot of money. Why would they do such a chump-change creative bookeeping? Besides, they didn't sell out when the stock was at $14 as far as I know so your theory doesn't make any sense. It's amazing how paranoid and non-sensical we all get when the price tanks! In the stock market (As in life) you gotta have conviction and faith if you want to achieve anything worthwhile. This is a buying opportunity if there ever was one - let your common sense rule!
