YAHOO! INVESTORS CALLED "INSANE" BY SURGEON GENERAL Investor's Newswire (Mount Holypoke, MA/12 Jan 99) The Surgeon General of the United States today called investors in Yahoo! Inc. "certifiably insane" in a news conference on the health status of the nation. "We are dealing with a mental health crisis of epidemic proportions", the Surgeon General said. "Modern science needs to address this national tragedy through new medications and increased funding for research into what would cause normally rational people to invest in these types of stocks". "Never have so many paid so much for so little", he commented, before heading back to Washington to consult with his national health advisors.
