Bill --

Good point, but there hasn't been much "public" hype in the last couple of months, while the stock has gone up considerably. I'm assume they've been hyping through newsletters and the like. I'm evaluating averaging up on my short position. The low burn rate relative to cash on hand, coupled with the unavailability of options, make this a challenging short over the near-term, although I agree with you they're unlikely ever to see an FDA approval for their drug. I am hopeful the stock will start to skid toward fair value as the euphoric first days of the new year become an increasingly distant memory.

Regards,

CMason
