Alright boys,

It is freekin' obvious NRI has got something in the oven, now let's find out what. Begin digging.

Or brainstorming:

(Disclaimer: These are my thoughts and are not guaranteed to be any more accurate or true than the following statement: the sky is pink.)

There is talk of mergers and acquisitions in the biometrics field... SFE announced that they are horny to do e-commerce... NRI sells them (through Who?Vision) software... Possible marriage?? Last time the Who?Vision thing (1.5 million seats) was announced the price was going up for days before... Could be just some more seat buying...

What about sales to someone else? Who? Come on guys dig and think!! And write, of course...

Whatever it is, there is going to be NO CONVERSION this time!!! When there is a price spike, the only sellers will be people who bought the stock before and not those who have the option of converting at 85% of the bid price... This time, if and when the balloon rises, there are no lead weights attached... The only downside will be what other stocks face; normal selling. Could you imagine what the price would be if Clearwater was still on our back?? It would trade very few shares on the BB exchange...

I was so pumped when Clearwater was gone and NRI got a new lease on life. It was a sweet day. Maybe that investor knew something... Maybe he was not throwing good money after bad...

Regards,
Bob
