Blue skied means that after the process is finished brokers will be able to recommend etpi to its clients. before rthe blue sky process etpi could only be recommended by the word of mouth of individual investors. This will all change as the new Pr group has submitted their papers and is waiting for the blue sky report to be out. After the report is out Brokers in 39 states (where blue sky is legal) can officially recommend this stock to their customers. This will mean added exposure for etpi plus new groups of investors who will possible want to stay long on etpi and stabalize the price once it goes up over a buck.
