Jeez -- just when I thought the banks might get it... Why in the world would I pay Chase for the benefit of downloading my own transaction info into Quicken???
THE CUSTOMER CAN (AND DOES) RULE! When are the banks gonna learn that convenience, simplicity and service will retain all the customers (and deposits) that a bank can handle. Avoid a measly $2.50 per month Quicken fee by having TWENTY-FIVE GRAND on deposit!!!! What the heck are they smokin'.....?
Can you say............"time to jump to Schwab (or Yahoo, or Netcenter, or NetBank, or Excite, or Quicken.com, or E-Trade, or Merrill, or Fidelity, Snap.com, or even the dreaded MSN, etc., etc., etc.!"
Just venting (although I really AM glad the service is up)
