If you guys knew what a Ser. 7 license mandates of a rep as far as disclosure and accuracy..you would not ever blame yourself for something like this. They are required to carry 1 to 2 million of E& O insurance......errors and omissions...what do you think just happened to you? Was it an error or an omission. It doesn't matter if you begged him to sell you the security..he HAD to know both his client, you , and the security inside and out. Get on the phone and kick some ass and skip the rep..he can't do anything.....and why would he? Check your Yellow pages and count how many Securities litigators there are to chose from....the ain't there for their health. Shoot
