Dreman is one of these guys with a 16% per year record since 1980. To be fair, they operate under vastly more difficult conditions than you or I, but if I was doing 16%, I would be suicidal. He doesn't have the advantage of buying 2-3 leading tech stocks and sitting on them. He is a good value investor,and would never touch an area like this. His opinion is worthless applied to these circumstances, just like mine.
