Walter, this is by no means a recommendation to buy the following stock. Just thought I would mention this to you since you are compiling a list of stocks below $.10. I have bought quit a bit of this stock some at above a dollar and a lot at $.085 and $0.08. It is now at $0.023. Like most of these penny stocks there is a big story. It may already be on your list. amci.com techstocks.com I own VCAR stock and have owned it for about a Year. I bought in at $0.75 so as you can see I am no expert on these speculative stocks.
