Harvey, GIFS lists shares on their web page at 20,328,043. If we add 5% to that we get 21,344,445. This leads me to believe that the deal is worth around $5.00/share if we include the $1,000,000/year. If we sold the whole company at this price that would make it worth $5/share. I am assuming this is cash. Why would anyone sell this stock at 1 7/8 (the ask yesterday)? Good trading to everyone,Tom
