and just FYI on Lucent's announcement on Monday it agreed to buy privately-held Kenan Systems Corp, a billing software company, for $1.4 billion.....Wheat First published a report this morning using the Lucent purchase of Kenan for valuation of CheckFree. Kenan sold for 8.5 times revenue...which would put CF at around $38.
