Eric, I don't know where YOU get that Yahoo is down! My real-time data shows it up, as do news reports. You can NOT pick out an isolated after-hours quote and rely on it. There are late reports that weren't posted during the day mixed in with after-hours trades. You have to look at ALL of the trades and see if there is a trend. You see lots of wild outliers in after-hours data, because a lot of it isn't actually after-hours.
