Rebel...the way I read the two posts. Yours is a post from someone who is really steamed at management for letting all of us gullible stockholders down (and you are right). You vented your immediate emotions.

On the other hand Roktar was still in shock (as many of us were), still trying to give Noam & co. a little slack by saying "wait until the earnings come out and then we will see what to do". He then goes on to list what he feels are the companies negatives (so far fine). He then talks about buying more at $6. Somewhere along the way, he starts to sour on the company and decides to sell his position, even considers going short if I remember correctly.

Had Roktar gone short and said "hey fellas, I don't believe this company can survive any longer the way it is being run, so I have decided to go short". Then if he wanted to, he could post as often as he wanted how bad the company is and why. This I can understand. He would have a financial interest and I could understand his reasons for being negative. But not to own a position and blasting a company every chance he gets just doesn't make sense to me unless he is trying to use his well respected name just to discourage others from supporting MRVC.

In any event, nothing I say is going to change what Roktar is going to post or what several of his followers are going to echo.

Let me again wish you luck in where ever your investments take you.
