My guess is that WWF action figures, etc. are not included in the interactive video game rights deal or in the joint venture. If they were, I'd have thought that JAKK would have been under an obligation to disclose that as a material factor affecting current and future revenue. On the other hand, I think an acquisition of JAKK by THQ, if it could be arranged, would nicely tie up a lot of loose ends.
